Nirmal Juthani, Founder and President
Nirmal is the founder of Net Vigil Software Private Ltd and has over 19 years of experience in management and deployment of distributed object orientated solutions for various fortune 500 companies. He has held key positions in several successful Silicon Valley and multinational companies such as IDEA Inc, ATOS-Origin, Syntel and Datamatics Ltd. At IDEA Inc, Nirmal has held several management positions in delivering solutions for Advanced Intelligent Network (AIN) and Wireless GSM based products for clients like Lucent Technologies (formerly AT&T Network system) and Williams Communications. He also designed and implemented the software architecture for Virtual Real Time Exchange (VTRX) for the client The Global TeleExchange. He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai and also PGDST from the National Center for Software Technology, India.
Raj Gilda, Director Business Development
Raj has over 15 years of cross functional industry experience having worked with Deloitte Consulting and Citigroup in New York, as well as Mahindra British Telecom in UK and National Stock Exchange as well as Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services in Mumbai. He is an electronics engineer and MBA graduate from the University of Texas at Austin.
Willie Hsu, Board of Advisors
Mr. Hsu has worked in telecommunications industry for the past 25 years specializing in Topology design, Object orientated analysis, distributed networking, Database design, Object Modeling at IDEA Inc, Sun Microsystems, AT&T, Bell labs and Penn State University. He was the President and CEO of the Open Management Software Inc, which was acquired by Idea Integration, Inc. He holds a M.S in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University and a number of patents under his name.
Don Bosco Durai, Board of Advisors
Don Bosco Durai has served in a variety of key roles in leading technology companies. Bosco is currently working in Oracle Corp, US where he is responsible for Oracle’s Mobile Security Strategy. Bosco joined Oracle with the acquisition of Bharosa, Inc, a Santa Clara, CA based company, which he co-founded. Bharosa’s product portfolio included real-time fraud detection and prevention solutions and strong multi-factor authentications. Prior to Oracle/Bharosa, Bosco managed the development of Core Mobility’s mobile platform, which included both building a scalable server infrastructure and handset applications. Core Mobility mobile applications have been installed in more than 25 million mobile handsets throughout the world. Prior to Core Mobility, Bosco has managed the development of various high profile products in Tera Burst Networks and Lucent Technologies
